Welcome to my Kitchen!

Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are enhancing the flavour of “Popeye’s favourite” Spinach!

• Simply remove the stems.
• Wash thoroughly.
• Heat a large skillet and pour enough water to cover the bottom. Season with salt.
• Add the spinach and toss lightly just enough to warm the spinach.
• Serve warm or let it cool.
• Add your flavour toppings and dressings.

Now we have spinach with amazing flavour.  Even “Popeye” would whistle his pipe over this enhancement!
